Ha! When I posted this, I realized how embarrassingly messy my desk is. A lot of the books are sketch/note books, but a couple of them are among my favorite design books: The Making of a Manager: What to Do When Everyone Looks to You by Julie Zhou (which I actually reference in the post); and User Friendly: How the Hidden Rules of Design Are Changing the Way We Live, Work, and Play by Robert Fabricant and Cliff Kuang. Both are excellent!
